I did not receive a free promotional gift with my order, what can I do?Updated 7 months ago

  • Please double check your order confirmation to ensure the item is listed on the order.  
  • If the item is listed on your order confirmation: feel free to reach out to our support team at support@antlerrings.com and we’d be happy to get this resolved for you.  
  • If it is not on your order confirmation: it is possible that either the item was not added to your cart prior to checkout or the order did not meet the minimum price threshold to qualify for the free gift promotion. We are unable to ship any free promotional items after your order has been processed and left our headquarters.
