At Antler Rings, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.
- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date to return through our returns portal.
- Refund or Store Credit Option: You have the option for either a refund or store credit at your discretion when initiating a return within the 30-day window. If requesting a refund, we must receive your items within 30 days (from the date of the requested refund).
- There is a $20 Restocking Fee for returns to cover operational and shipping costs to restock. This amount will be deducted from final refund.

Item(s) Condition: The product must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging and ring tags intact to be returned.
In Stock Signs of Wear Fee: If there are visible signs of wear or damage upon receipt a $25 Signs of Wear Fee will be charged. If that fee has not been paid in advance, we will reach out via email before the refund is processed.
Lux Signs of Wear Fee: If there are visible signs of wear or damage upon receiving the ring back, a $75 Signs of Wear Fee will be charged due to treating the damaged ring. If that fee has not been paid, we will reach out via email before the exchange is processed. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, your exchange will be canceled and order returned in the condition it was received in.
Exclusions: Last Call items are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges. Free and Promotional items must be returned following the standard return process. Personalized items are Final Sale and are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: A minimal $7 shipping and handling fee will be charged for returns.
